The apartment is beautiful, clean and well located.

The small disadvantage are the stairs. A little hard to go upstairs with a big suitcase, but not impossible.

Strange ? sewage smell in the bathroom, which made it very unpleasant to use the bathroom.

Good quality apartment - as advertised! Check in was easy with online form and payment and welcome by a "greeter". Would recommend.

As others have mentioned, at times there was a bit of a sewer smell - but nothing too bad. Last night of the stay it was windy and right under the roof this is quite noisy (nothing that can be done about it)

Location was great. Personals were very friendly and when we needed exchange of our towels, they directly contacted with the cleaning service and provided them to send us new towels.

When the toilet vent was turned on, a bad smell was coming in. I can understand this usually happen in the old houses but, there should be something to happen to prevent or decrease this issue.

Location is pretty good, very close to the main promenade and the key places around the area of Belèm. Great transport links with Lisbon and the costal towns.

The awful smell coming from the shower drain that made the stay uncomfortable. Our suggestion is that before booking this apartment do have the owners confirm the smell issue has been fully addressed and solved.

walking distance to the attractions in Belem. Sufficient facilities for a short stay (washer dryer, oven, etc)

Dirty. Couch and throw pillows stink of musty sweat smells. Same with the bedsheets and pillows. You wonder how much cleaning is done every turnover. Bad smells from the toilet drains as well. Just unpleasant when using the toilet and shower. This apartment is in an old building. V narrow steps up the stairs. Just a caution for anyone traveling with suitcase. Specific to my stay, a few issues with wifi and cleaning service before check in, which mar the whole experience. Not worth the price paid. The cleanliness factor is a big no-no.
