Entry codes were received a day before, upon request, host offered 2 hour early check in free of charge which was appreciated Location is central & convenient, street noise was blocked with closed windows/doors Apt (401) itself looked new & bright (west & north facing), space was designed efficiently. Furnitures were comfortable & all appliances worked well Very small bathroom but works, just be careful when shower - water could leak out to floor

Lies about the one & only elevator! One day before check in, we were informed elevator was out, “our team is working closely with the technicians to have the elevator running again as soon as possible. Please rest assured that you will be compensated for each night without elevator access” It was unfortunate the elevator had been out 2 weeks before our check in - 2 days after we made the non refundable reservation. It was MORE unfortunate the so promised “compensation” was never given/received. Upon knowing we already checked out, management responded “Rest assured we will reach out shortly with the refund confirmation and details”. Then radio silence …. no response whatsoever to any update requests Hard to understand WHY bothered to offer & repeatedly promise compensation when it didn’t mean it??

Great location to explore Lisbon, extremely clean, plenty of space.

The location was great, the place is well decorated and clean. I would clearly recommend.

There was a small issue with the toilet but the team was very responsive and in the end we managed to fix it so it was ok.

Elevators were broken, and we stayed on the top floor, that was not great, but you have to expect that when in Europe, the steps with luggage. We loved the penthouse and location. Walked in the mornings to get food and coffee. Felt very safe with our family of 6 (8,10,11, and 15 year olds). Starbucks is in the building next to this, lots of people and safe.

Not much we didnt like. It was a great, the only negative was probably the elevator not working, but only 2 nights there it wasnt that bad.

Location could not be beat. Short walk to many of the main attractions, multiple metro and main bus lines and the start of the historic 28tram line

Only complaint was the shower. Were used to European wet rooms but this was supposed to be a contained shower it just leaked (no drain in bathroom)

The best location in the center of Lisbon, very clean and very welcoming( thank you for the wine, coffee and pasteis) We could easily comunicate with the staff even though you have self check in. They were very prompt with answering our questions and giving us sugestions The place is very central yet quiet. You couldn't hear any noise from outside because is on the 5th floor and they have good windows. There is a lift so everything is easy to access. We really liked it, it definitely goes on our list of recommandations
