This hotel occupies a prime location in the city centre, situated close to the railway station, underground station and tram stops, with major tourist attractions within easy reach. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The hotel staff are excellent, responding promptly to daily communications. Upon departure, our request for a late check-out was also addressed swiftly. The self-service check-in and check-out facilities proved extremely convenient.

The stay was disappointing — the elevator didn’t work, the internet barely functioned, customer service never replied after checkout, and the area felt uncomfortable with people constantly approaching us to offer drugs.
