"All in all a fabulous place to stay if you are fit and able to carry your own gear"

Very friendly reception. Allowed us to store our bags till our room was ready and gave us ideas about places to see. It does require going up 5 flights of stairs with luggage

"Killer stairs amazing view."

Location & cleanliness.

The stairs were difficult to manoeuvre, the beds were extremely uncomfortable with the springs in the mattresses digging in to our backs and the internal stairs are extremely dangerous with the railing loose & glass. Although it was lovely to be gifted red wine we did not appreciate someone entering our accommodation whilst we were out to deliver it.

"Nice apartment in a good location. Beware of tough climb, uncomfortable beds, and heat!"

Very nice spacious apartment in the Chiado neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also has a beautiful view from the top floor balcony.

Two single beds are very hard and squeaky. Beds are so loud that even if you roll over when sleeping they will wake you up. No air conditioning, so you have to run noisy fans all night to try and stay cool but it is still very hot. Unable to keep windows open at night due to noise levels. Tough climb of five flights of stairs as there is no elevator- so only able bodied persons should rent.

Erg veel ruimte in het Appartement, alles op loopafstand, prachtig uitzicht. Er er is wat koffie en thee voorzien wat erg lekker is

Er zijn meerdere ventilatoren beschikbaar, er wordt duidelijk vermeld dat er geen airco is. Maar dat is wel iets wat toegevoegde waarde zou hebben. In de keuken ontbrak een theedoek en handdoek. We hebben het zelf opgelost, geen melding van gemaakt

Unbeatable view from a very lovely patio on the top of the building, amazing day or night. Convenient location within walking distance to awesome restaurants, attractions and transportation. Beautiful decor and friendly staff.

No A/C during the heat wave. It does cool down with breeze after 8:30pm.
