Great location, amazing view from terrace, spacious enough for 6 people, two bathrooms, room service every day, excellent communication

Sewage smell in the bathrooms, no washing machine

The host Luisa was a gem, and answered any questions we had. The view from the top floor was stunning. Beautiful apartment.

The MANY flights of stairs with luggage, especially for one of my family members who was 78. We did not know this ahead of time.

Had a lovely view from the balcony. It was also very centrally located. Had a little trouble finding the check-in point, but the staff were incredibly helpful. They also let us store our baggage there before and after checkout. There were a lot of stairs to the top, but we are active people, so it didn’t bother us much. There were multiple sitting areas, so we didn’t need to all be lingering in one common area if we didn’t want to. Would definitely stay here again!

Could make check in details a little more clear, but it was not a huge issue and we figured it out in the end. The upstairs shower did clog a bit by the end of our stay, but that could be easily fixed. Sofa beds were a little firm with a hard section in the middle. We put extra blankets underneath to make it more soft. Might consider putting small mattress toppers on the sofa beds.

Location was perfect for exploring Lisbon and the view was amazing! Apartment was very clean and well set up, lots of nice touches from Tiago and the team throughout our stay. Close to supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants as well as connected to public transport.

Beds weren’t super comfy and some quite creaky, but not a problem for a short stay.

Thiago met us and assisted us to the suite. We really appreciate personal connections with the apartments it makes the visit feel like we are welcomed. The apartment is open, modern, spacious and comfortable. The top balcony has the most spectacular view and you cannot beat the location, so close to 3 neighborhoods, trams, shopping and the metro

I would caution anyone with mobility issues or small children as the stairs inside the apartment are quite steep. As with many Lisboa places, there are always stairs to get to the apartments. Just a fact of Lisboa life.

Excellent location within walking distance to many sites. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff carried our bags up to the apartment.

Apartment was four flights up and after a day filled with walking we felt every flight we climbed.

Amazing views. Clean. Comfortable. Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcome by bringing us treats everyday.

Bathroom vent could have been stronger. We didn’t mind the stairs, but visitors who have difficulty with them should know that there is no elevator.

The personal was great. To have a balcony, with a great view.
