It is well laid out, tastefully decorated and well equipped for a longer stay. Patricia provided coffee pods, tea, biscuits and basics needed to get started. She left good information for us to find our way around and enjoy Lisbon. Location is quiet and a little back from the main buzz which suited us. A supermarket is around the corner and public transportation close by.

It was located in a very cute location, about 10 mins walk from public transportation. The home itself was very cosy and the host left us home made cookies and wine.

The bathroom can get a bit smelly

We were looking for accommodation away from the very touristy, busy and noisy areas, and this apartment was perfect for that. It is in a quiet, local part of Graça, where you mostly meet locals, which we really enjoyed. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby, and a Lidl is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has two bedrooms plus a dining/living room, so it was very comfortable for the two of us. Everything was clean, including the kitchen utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped and also well stocked with practical basics like olive oil, salt and a few spices, which we really appreciated. There were also useful extras such as clothes pegs and an iron. The inner bedroom is very quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the air can feel a little still by the evening if you are away all day, but there is a dehumidifier. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment did not get too hot, and there are fans in both bedrooms. One of the best things about the accommodation is the host, Patricia. She does not only communicate before arrival, but stays helpful and available throughout the whole stay. She always responded very quickly, helped with everything we needed, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about hosting and her guests. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quieter, more local Lisbon experience.

If I absolutely had to make one suggestion, I would say that the counter next to the small patio door could perhaps be replaced with a shelf or rack where guests could place a suitcase or backpack.

Byt je krásně a vkusně zařízený, byl vybaven vším, co jsme potřebovali, nic nám nechybělo. Hostitelka byla velmi milá, zaslala nám spoustu informací o ubytování, Lisabonu a v bytě byla připravena pro nás i milá pozornost. Poloha bytu je také velmi dobrá, líbilo se nám moc, myslím, že se do tohoto ubytování opět vrátíme.

Nic - vše bylo naprosto v pořádku

Fuimos dos parejas y la segunda habitación es muy pequeña y casi que no queda espacio para moverte ni para abrir la maleta.

The host is the most attentive, caring and accommodating owner I have ever dealt with. The apartment is full of lovely touches including home baking and wine when we arrived. It has all the amenities you need plus more. Really appreciated that there were places to store your luggage. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the action or a €5 Uber if you don't like hills. We loved our stay.

The place is smallish but the charming decorations and host accommodations made it worth it.

Jako starší turisté jsme ocenili klidné místo, kde jsme se cítili bezpečně. Vyzvednutí klíčů je jednoduché. Apartmán je plně vybaven, nic nám nechybělo. Majitelka je mimořádně ochotná a nápomocná. Dopředu zašle návrhy co v Lisabonu vidět, kam zajít do restaurace, kde nakoupit. Dosud jsme se s takto nadstandardním přístupem nesetkali. Moc děkujeme Patricia.

I have yet to meet a host as helpful and keen to ensure we had a good holiday as Patricia! Her apartment felt like home from the minute we arrived, helped by lots of useful recommendations she provided before our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful touches in the property including suggestions for trips and maps. There was everything we needed to make meals in a well equipped kitchen and the location was very convenient for sightseeing in the city.
