Je vous recommande à 100% cet établissement, l’accueil était super, ils ont pensé à tout, deux serviettes de bains chacun du café du thé. Très bien équipé, on n’aurait pas pu rêver mieux. De plus la vue est superbe. Le parc au dessus de l’appartement est exceptionnel nous avons passé un super séjour.

Rien de négatif tout a été parfait !

Appartement très bien placé, l’intérieur est agréable avec 2 grandes chambres. le centre ville est facilement accessible, l’environnement est très calme et agréable.

Une bouteille d'eau aurait été appréciée à notre arrivée tardive, nous avons dû chercher un magasin ouvert à minuit

A casa é espaçosa para uma família de quatro. Tem móveis adequados e alguns eletrodomésticos necessários.

O alojamento fica no terceiro andar e para quem está fora a passear com filhos não é recomendável, pois a escada dá trabalho. A máquina de lavar que está na casa, aparentemente funcional, um dia após nossa estadia fomos informados pela equipa responsável que ela não funcionava e que iam providenciar a reparação, passaram dezassete dias durante nossa estadia e nunca a arranjaram e não nos responderam ao nosso pedido de reparação. Foram longos dias a lavar roupas à mão ou na lavandaria. Tal como disse, dezassete noites e foi-nos dada apenas uma muda de roupa de cama ( a que estava nas camas) e de banho (duas toalhas de banho e duas de rosto, sendo que éramos quatro pessoas). Contatados os responsáveis sobre a limpeza, foi então que vieram com a surpresa - a minha estadia de dezassete noites não incluía limpeza e nem mudas de roupas de cama e de banho e, caso quisesse limpeza no alojamento ou roupas de cama e banho novas ou limpas, tinha que pagar. ou seja informações que me foi dada apenas por mensagem por parte dos responsáveis, não constavam da plataforma por forma a decidir pela escolha ou não do alojamento. Há um ferro de engomar mas não há tábua e isso fez com que por duas vezes tivesse me queimado no braço porque tive que passar roupa em cima da cama. Eu e minha família sentimos profundamente desrespeitados e sem qualquer apoio dos responsáveis da casa e nem da Booking que apesar da reclamação feita, até então não recebemos nenhum feedback. Não recomendo o alojamento, porquanto não há uma assistência séria e não nos foi conferida dignidade nenhuma. Tivemos que comprar toalhas de banho para usar e o tempo a lavar roupas ou ir à lavandaria nos tomou o tempo dedicado às nossas férias em família. Decepcionados.

We booked this apartment for an extended stay in Portugal. Stayed with them in Lisbon, then travelled to the coast and later returned for a second stay. The apartment is very good, that is not the issue. The hosts that manage the apartment are sadly very bad at doing this. On the first stay we had an issue with the children's bed that we requested. We tried to contact the property a few days in advance to confirm. They did not answer the phone number that is provided in the booking and did not reply to our messaged on whatsapp, where they had communicated with us. They confirmed the bed through a message on Booking.com but when we arrived - no bed. When we asked, they tried to claim that we had not "confirmed" our request. We provided screenshots where we did that and then the issue was resolved. When we asked for a second set of keys they promised to deliver them but then failed to do so until we reminded them. It all ended quite badly during our second stay when they did not show up to take a look and fix the lock on the front door which broke during our stay. The apartment also has some problems. The bathroom is cold and when you take a shower the floor gets flooded. The dishwasher broke and was not fixed etc.

The apartment is in a very good location, just a short walk from the beautiful Estrela park and cathedral. However the positive aspects were ruined by the way the hosts manage the apartment.

The apartment is fine but the organisation that operates this apartment is terribly bad at it. They manage over 200 properties in Lisbon and clearly they just simply can't keep up with their obligations. We had quite a terrible experience with them when two nights before check out the lock on the front door broke. They refused to send someone to fix the lock and demanded that we pay for the service if we need to fix the lock immediately. In the end, they promised that their maintenance staff will come by the next day - they never did. We were forced to complain to Booking.com about them. Fortunately Booking.com was able to resolve the matter and we were compensated for the negative experience. For this reason, I do not recommend to stay at this apartment.
