Barracão de Alfama Apartments

Great location, well stocked kitchen nice host. Downstairs restaurant was noisy but they close around midnight.

Unfortunately the washer wasn’t working while we were there.

Very good location, 15min walking to the city centre. Clean and very kind host.

Bed can be larger.

The property is in the old town and the area is accessible and has a nice historic vibe

There is a smell coming from the kitchen. Might be the sewage. The bathroom is quite small and the shower curtain is quite annoying.

The property was very clean,affordable,in the centar of the old town,Alfama. Location is great,everything in the property was great,and stations,restorans,markets,city locations are close and can be walked from property.Householder Marta was great and generally this property for the money is exellent balans value for money. We were 7 nights here and we wil definitly come back,all recommodations for this property!

Very clean, spacious and cozy apartment. Well equipped to stay five days or longer. Good location within walking distance to every main sights in Lisbon.

We got different apartment that was seen in the pictures. It was on the first floor, no french balcony. There was a bit musty smell, (it is an old building) but luckily not that kind of which stays in your clothes forever. There is a restaurant under the bedrooms, but they close at 10 pm, so it didn´t bother us. They don´t play music.

The location is perfect. The host is very amiable and responsive and solves any issue immediately.

Not for light sleepers...

This is such a lovely apartment in a perfect location. Marta was very helpful and available for anything extra needed. I didn’t need anything extra because everything was provided. It was spotless and I didn’t even need the AC even though it was available. The locals were really friendly and said hello every time I passed. I felt like one of them and very at home.

The shower was on the small side but not much you can do about that. It was fine for my stay.
