Overall comfortable apartment, relatively spacious and clean. Soft beds. Nice sized fridge, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Very attentive and friendly hosts who replied promptly to messages. Great location, within 10 mins walking of Rossio metro and about 15 mins of main central area. There is a grocery shop just down the stairs that has most things you might need.

A little limited on crockery - one large pot, one small, one frying pan without a lid, one chopping board (+ 2 grill pans). One of the bedrooms looks onto the stairs on the street where people walk past, however the windows lock and so do the wooden shutters behind it and we never had issues. There is no AC but there is a large fan in each room that cools it down enough.

The apartment is really nice and has everything u need! It has spacious rooms and and is really clean. It is close to everything and and a big plus is that the supermarket is just down the stairs.

It was super hot in Lissabon and an air condition would have been heavenly.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! We could not wish for anything more, it was quiet, airy, spacious and cool, even in very hot weather and we loved eating in the courtyard. The kitchen was vey well fitted to prepare meals. The communication and instructions from Christina & Horacio were detailed and excellent. This is a rare find - a place to return to!

We did not have any problems, but people with mobility issues could have problems getting to the apartment from Placa Figueria and downtown - steep streets or stairs!

Great location, can walk to just about anywhere within 15-30 minutes.

The apartment is in a very good location, very close to the central street (you can go on foot) and there is a parking place near it, so you don't need to look for parking. Also it is a very clean, perfectly well-taken care and fully equipped apartment. The owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. If I ever be in Lisbon again, I will prefer it for sure.

It has no soundproofing and you have to be quiet when you are at the apartment. The neighbours made a remark to us at 21:00 and we were just talking...
