Chão do Loureiro Apartments Baixa-Castle

The location was perfect and enough room for a family of four adults. We loved the little balcony. Great to have a TV too. We approbated the quick and friendly communication from the owners prior to and during our visit. There is a smaller apartment on the ground floor if you wanted an outside space to sit in.

Apartment is located 10 min walk from Rossio square -the heart of Lisbon and 2 min from a very well stocked grocery store Pino Dolce. It is in the old town center, a peaceful part of the city. A very spacious apartment that is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and is extremely clean. Cristina and Horacio are always available and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Central location, clean, contact with hosts, welcome offer, everything we needed was available (coffee, shampoo,..)

Couch bed was uncomfortable

There are many kudos for this apartment in many different languages, and all true. I agree! great hosts, great location, dreamboat little apartment. But let me add one more thing: a GREAT BATHTUB!

This apartment is definitely one of my best findings. Location is perfect - walking distance to the main central city attractions and right next to a huge car parking which was very convenient considering that we had a rent-a-car. Parking costs 20 euro for a 24h stay and no reservation is necessary - just for info. Communication with the hosts was very easy, light and fast. They left us clear instructions how to self check-in combined with photos which made it a really seamless experience. We were also greeted by a nice rose´, some water, some tapas and suggestions which we are really grateful for! The apartment is on ground floor so it is very easily accessible. It has a big terrace which is very rare. We found it very comfortable - the sofa, the bed, the kitchen, everything made sense, was easy to use and was comfy. The decoration is lovely, I couldn't stop looking at the wall with the iconic Lisbon tram in black and white, what a great touch to get you in the mood to explore one the most amazing cities! 1 minute away you will find a supermarket - Pingo Doce which also works on Sundays which is very convenient. In close proximity we found really nice restaurants and bars which was great for the weekend. Bathroom has a nice shower with hot water shower gel and shampoo. Overall, an amazing apartment with great hosts!

The apartment has everything you need for a weekend break, the beds are very comfortable and kitchen is very equipped. Great location and well positioned.

The stairs to and from the apartment, you need to be able bodied and good with stairs ( especially in wet weather).

Only negative was a very old (nonsmart TV) - this had no "casting" capacity. All the channels were in Portugese and we were unable to cast movies /Netflix etc.

View is only of an external stairway. Could be interesting at times.
