Experiencia muy decepcionante. Reservé un piso de 3 habitaciones para 3 personas y me dieron uno de solo 2. Además, la propietaria me contactó a las 3 de la madrugada para decir que era mi error, cuando yo seguí exactamente sus indicaciones para recoger las llaves. Me encontraba con una niña pequeña y muy cansada, por lo que no reclamé en ese momento. Considero que es publicidad engañosa y una gestión muy poco profesional. No lo recomiendo.

La ubicación

Limpieza pésima y las imágenes no se corresponden con la realidad, inicialmente la fachada de la casa que aparece en las imágenes es la de la casa de enfrente, en el baño de la segunda planta, la ducha estaba atascada, sin cortina, adjuntaré imagen de ventana de miedo, la puerta de entrada del baño de arriba tampoco cerraba aparte del mal estado de la misma, la instalación eléctrica de la casa poco menos que peligrosa. Muy descuidado en general, desidia.

The main area was nice, but only the bare minimum provided

There was no hair dryer and when I plugged my own hair dryer in with an adapter, my dryer shorted out. 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper for 4 people, in only the upstairs bathroom. The tiny amount of shampoo offered was already watered down. The host was polite but offered no assistance. It was not a welcoming environment.

Location was in good area

There was no lights working in the hallway or stairs. It was very dark and dangerous to use the stairs and we were at the very top of the building, There was only one half roll of toilet paper between both bathrooms. The shower in one bathroom didn't have a holder to hold it on the wall while you showered! There was not enough towels either.

Extraordinaria ubicacion

Mala atención de la dueña. Había varios desperfectos a nuestra llegada, que se le comunicaron y nunca se vinieron a reparar. Incluso acusando de que nos hacíamos las víctimas. Dentro del apartamento dos habitaciones se.encuentran en una parte superior que para acceder a ellas hay que subir una escalera estrecha.

The biggest issue is the very rude and offensive attitude of the host. First off the ad says there’s air-conditioning but there is not. I wrote her on April 15 and only got the confirmation that the air-conditioning does not work the day before my arrival and hence too late for a refund. When I inquired about having fans because it’s gonna be really hot, she said ‘ I am not the weather person and you seem to be a very confused person’ ; this is a very rude and sarcastic personal comment which has no place in the conversation. As far as the actual lodging goes it was good for five people however couches and beds are uncomfortable, department of course is older which is fine however there were ants lots of spiders and half the lights in the apartment as well as in the hallways weren’t working. Furthermore with five people you need a second bathroom and the second bathroom didn’t work too small to function in and the shower didn’t work at all. All these things could have been overlooked except that the rudeness of the owner persisted as the trip went on. When I inquired about toilet paper because only four rolls were left for five people for 3.5 days, she told me it was inconsiderate that I would expect to wipe my ‘ass’ and then needing more toilet paper is abusive. Honestly, her attitude was just so offensive and I’m trying to write some of it off as a translation issue but even at the end when I let her know that I cleaned everything in the apartment before leaving, she said that I overdid it and that I need to seek help which again as a personal job which has no place in a professional exchange. If you want a decent place to stay in a good location and your group of people then it’s fine but don’t expect good service and do expect half the lights to be out
