Liberdade stylish apt with balcony

Perfect location for everything. Very walkable. nice apt, clean, plenty of space for us. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave.

Not ready on arrival despite email re readiness. Small roaches, no paper towels, difficulty communicating with them. Gave a damage waiver and only received partial refund. Still waiting on a resolution.

Lovely little apartment, super convenient location. Very comfortable.

One of the windows didn't shut, and the cold draft kept coming in. Also, the heating system is with AC units which I found a little inconvenient as it was very cold when we visited. I think it's perfect for summer. You can't run a hairdryer or kettle or the microwave with ACs on otherwise the entire circuit trips.

Good location but not very clear with the address

The entrance was dark and no sensor when you walk in. The apartment door was narrow and difficult to carry suitcases

No Parking, no elevator, bad wi-fi connection. very narrow corridor that made it difficult for 4 persons. very noisy restaurant under bedroom window. they demanded 250$ deposit paid in bank transfer.

There is insufficient seating in lounge area for more than 2 people. The electricity tripped/went off when the oven was switched on.

The apartment is in a great location. It is clean and the balcony is a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a wine in the evening.

Communication through booking.com was poor. I was able to get replies once I tried a couple of different whats app numbers provided. The charge for the damage deposit i was fine with until I only received 188 euros of the 250 sent to them due to the fact that they charged me for the fees their bank charged them for the bank transfer. I was ok paying my banks fees, but I feel they should be responsible for any fees their bank charges them if this is how they intend to do business. Very sketchy and I would not recommend this apartment due to this. There are so many other options without this hassle.

Läget och väldigt modern

Está muy bien situado en una zona buena de Lisboa, a 10/15 minutos de la zona del centro andando, y cerca de dos estaciones de metro. El apartamento está muy nuevo y tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación principal, y dos baños. Es cierto que la segunda habitación con dos camas es interior y tenia ventilador, pero no tuvimos problema con esto. Los colchones son muy cómodos. La cocina es muy pequeña pero tampoco la utilizamos. Hicimos el depósito la semana antes de llegar y nos lo devolvieron a los 3 días sin problema.

Como en otros apartamentos en los que hemos estado, la ducha de la habitación principal no drenaba bien y eso hace que el agua se salga, y ya se lo comentamos al propietario. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente más
