Velvet Dream Apartment

Excellent location with water views. Very comfortable apartment with a lift (6th apartment). Responsiveness of management was very good, in respect of an issue relating to the air conditioner.

Internal stairs (within the apartment) would benefit from a guard rail for safety for young children or elderly.. For a stay of 1wk or longer, a few more household items, such as, garbage bags, towels etc.

Perfect location, very quiet, all amenities you might need!

O apartamento é muito bem estruturado e bem localizado

Durante todo o nosso período de estadia o elevador esteve estragado. Escolhemos este apartamento principalmente por conta do elevador, visto que estávamos com dois idoso 70+ (um deles com problemas de locomoção). Pior de tudo, estávamos no sexto andar (o último). Eu entendo que esses problemas acontecem... mas fomos avisados sobre isso minutos antes de entrar no apartamento, o que impossibilitou tentar trocar para outro local. Além disso, em nenhum momento a anfitriã entrava em contato para avisar sobre a situação do elevador. Solicitei um pedido de desconto no valor por conta disso e até hoje estou esperando pelo menos um "infelizmente não posso". Por fim... o apartamento é muito bom, recomendaria de olhos fechados. Mas essa situação com o elevador complicou bastante a nossa viagem, uma vez que os nossos idosos por vezes nem tinham vontade de sair pensando na subida de 6 andares para voltar.

Elevator broke and family stranded inside. Repairmen quick on the scene but scared those trapped.

Beautiful top-floor apartment with stunning views in the heart of Lisbon. Quiet, spacious, and extremely well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable living areas and bedrooms, with a responsive and helpful management company. Central location within walking distance of major sites.

Some communication issues: property management listed the wrong property name (not matching Booking.com) and the apartment number was incorrect. The apartment’s digital lock sometimes required multiple attempts, and the building entrance was once physically locked with a key, creating a safety concern.

Super Lage. Sonst ist auch alles gut in Ordnung. Würden wieder kommen.
