Was clean and well kept.

Power went out multiple times

Good location, easy check in process, clean place.

Shower did not drain well

The location was perfect A short walk to supermarkets Close to airport Perfect large studio with everything you could need: extra blankets, hair dryer ect The smart tv was a bonus for when you wanted a night in Felt very safe in the apartment building with staff on the desk if you was to need anything

The kitchen tap had no warm water throughout our stay No dish soap or kitchen towel Other than small things was a perfect place for a perfect stay

In general the apartment is good and modern and probably good for a long stay. Location is fine

Kitchen furniture needs some modernization as some doors could not be opened easily. There is some noise from aircrafts going towards the airport. No shower gel or shampoo that would be a plus.

The apartment is very comfortable, located in a very quiet area and within walking distance of both the Jardim da estrela and the Campo de Ourique neighborhood, one of Lisbon's most popular neighborhoods. 24-hour concierge service. Very good cleanliness and the host is very kind and caring. When you come back to the apartment at the end of the day, taking a nice shower in the large bathroom with all the peaceful and quiet atmosphere in the apartment is really very relaxing and you feel like home.

I don't know why the service is stated in the description on the bookings. Mildew on the walls. I contacted the owner about it, I was answered that it was from the water and that a cleaning lady would come and remove it. The cleaning lady came and only replaced the towels. (We happened to be in the apartment at the time.) The owner forced us to give sensitive data from ID on WhatsApp platform. Doors on electricity. During a long bath the electricity went off and the door opened. If we were not in the apartment and there was no electricity then anyone could enter and rob us. There was a broken lamp and we reported it to the owner several times and he did nothing about it.
