New Loft - Lisboa Estrela

The location is quite good. There is a nice park very close. You have to walk a bit to the nearest metro station, but there are lot of buses going to different directions.

The airplanes are a bit noisy (but I guess that's a general Lisbon issue)

Nice size, good location and nice furniture ! Very easy access also :)

Super fun studio, the glass bathroom was a novelty for something different and the overall studio and view was very comfortable and enjoyable

Some small maintenance tasks could improve the overall standard like the broke drawers, worn cupboards, and needs new pillows

The apartment was very nice and in a nice location, it is a loft but very specious. The codes were very helpful to enter and leave the apartment. Everyone in the building was very polite and nice. The owner is very responsive, the old iron was broken so he bought a new one and brought it to us.

The dishes and the kitchen cabinets were dirty, we had to wash all the dishes when we arrived. The water pressure in the kitchen was very low so it made dishwashing much longer. The pool was dirty and not usable if you are expecting to swim there, I'm sorry to tell you this but you won't.

Comfortable bed, good location on Tram 28 route, light and airy room.

Hallway outside the property is dark. The pool doesn’t get a lot of sunlight and we didn’t use it.

Other than aircraft noise the property was quiet

The property appeared in the photographs to be very modern and sleek, in reality it was pretty tired. The toilet flush was broken and a drawer front was lying on the floor, not repaired ! Worst of all the swimming pool we were hoping to use was dirty and out of use very disappointing

Cleaning not up-to standard , microwave wasn’t working.

The staff were not very responsive when I was having issues with the air con - I didn’t get a response for two days.
