"Swarming with cockroaches"

Easy to get to metro and sights.

When we arrived here we noticed the apartment was derelict, and that it was teeming with cockroaches. For every cockroach we killed, two more crawled out. Every floor and wall surface has tears and holes in which the insects hide. There are wide gaps between the baseboards and the floors into which they run. The host has left a bugspray under the kitchen sink, leaving tenants to fend for themselves. Would not stay here again even if it was free.

Close to the metro. The store and a restaurant were also very close.

The metro station and the surrounding area felt sketchy, were super busy. The apartment itself could use a refresh.
