Casa com Graça - Fully equiped Studio in the Historical Center

The property was very rundown and uncomfortable. Broken mirror in bathroom.

Far too small for a weeks stay. Bed needs replacing and property needs attention.

The accommodation was not clean, we saw a lot of bugs. Half of the furniture is either broken or damaged. The insulation is also very bad, you can hear everything from the street

Almost got lost because the owner forgot to send how to access room keys

The bed was comfortable. And there was a nice breeze through the apartment.

The general state of the property is poor. Furniture is damaged. The shower recess leaked and water ran to the wall between the kitchen and bathroom. The handle to the balcony door comes off. The front door did not close so security is an issue. Location is about 1.5 hour walk to Time Out Market and 15€ taxi ride. We requested airport transfers but the host never responded until the day we were to check in. He said taxi ride from the airport was 5-10€ but it was actually 25€. There was no fan and it was a hot evening. We were fortunate that a good breeze was blowing.

Size of apartment was better than hotel room; location was good; able to prepare breakfast

Some small issues with plumbing but these were easily solved

Don’t choose this apartment. EVER. “historical center” as soon as you leave the house you will be accompanied by the smell of urine as well as a huge number of drug dealers and very strange people. You won’t be able to sleep because there is a cafe nearby where they play the tambourine and shout strange songs. and all this at 03:00 at night. The apartment has terrible sound insulation. You will hear your neighbors talking and going to the toilet. broken mirror in the bathroom and also very cold in the apartment. you will not be able to turn on the heater because the fuse will constantly blow out. terrible location and terrible conditions. don't believe a single word that is said here in the description. It’s very very rare when I leave a feedback. Especially a bad one. But this time I just had to do that
