Kiváló elhelyezkedés, közel a boltok, éttermek, metró. Könnyű megtalálni, a bejutáshoz adott információk egyszerűek és pontosak. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a konyha jól felszerelet.

A fürdőszoba a konyha része, a wc-t csak egy üvegajtó választja el, ami nagyon kellemetlen. Az utca nagyon hangos, főleg hajnalban, a felső lakás zaja szintén zavaró.

La posizione è ottima, in un quartiere pieno di ristoranti e locali, a due passi dalla piazza dove passano i tram 28 e 12, e 5 minuti dalla metro. Appartamento piccolo, ma con quello che serve anche per cucinare. divano letto abbastanza comodo.

La realtà all'interno è un pò diversa dalle foto. un pò di problemi per il check-in a distanza, ma poi superati. sotto l'appartamento c'è un locale con musica ad alto volume, fortunatamente gli infissi sono ben insonorizzati, però occhio se ci dovete andare in estate. La pulizia può essere un pò migliorata. Non mi è piaciuta la assenza di comunicazioni da parte dei proprietari per tutto il soggiorno, già il self check in è una cosa antipatica, ma abbiamo comunicato solo il giorno di arrivo per il check-in e solo tramite messaggi sull'app di booking. In generale, basterebbero piccole attenzioni per migliorarsi, oppure sarebbe il caso di abbassare un pò il costo.

The location was close to sights and it was a comfortable place to stay. We were able to walk to get transportation about 10 minutes away. Most of the time the host was quick to respond to questions.

We stayed there on Friday and Saturday nights and it is located directly next to a bar which played really loud music until very late. At 3 am the loud music had finally stopped but people were still shouting really loudly. We got very little sleep even with a white noise machine and ear plugs. If you are taking a taxi there, please note that it cannot be driven to the place because the roads are blocked. We did have to ask about luggage storage about 5 times over the course of many days before we finally got an answer.

Mitten im Ausgehviertel mit sehr schalldichten Fenstern. Sauber. Für Partymenschen ideal. Trotz kleinstem „Bad“ hatte es, so wie es war, seinen Charme.

Sehr laut. Vom Nachbarn drüber bekommt man alles mit. „Bad“ besteht aus Klo und Dusche auf engsten Raum und Glasschiebetür (von Küche weg). Extrawaschbecken in Küche.
