Excellent location and spacious apartment

Lounge chairs a little uncomfortable

We were a group of five friends traveling from Istanbul to Lisbon and had planned to stay at this property. Based on the reviews, we found the place satisfactory and decided to book it, paying in advance. After a five-hour flight, we arrived at the house only to realize that the host had not sent us the door code. We waited outside for about 20 minutes. Eventually, we managed to reach the host and got inside. However, once we entered, we were shocked to find the place dirty. The beds and bed linens had clearly not been washed, and the house had not been cleaned at all. When we opened the refrigerator, we found many insects inside. We immediately contacted the host. They said they would send cleaners, but even after waiting for an hour, no one showed up. We told the host that we could not stay in these conditions and that the house should have been cleaned before our arrival. They refused to refund our money. Although we contacted Booking’s customer service, we still received no response from the host. We were left completely stranded and upset. We had to find another hotel late at night and move there. This caused us both financial loss and wasted time. Do not rent this property under any circumstances. It ruined the beginning of our Lisbon trip.

Location was great, close to everything needed for visiting Lisbon.

Furniture and linens were old. Couch snd chairs are worn out (no padding left), towels were thread bear with holes, and one queen bed was so bad both people roll to middle. Owners need to invest in upgrades to make this recommendable. Also, the main AC unit was broken.

Almost everything

No A/C in living room, was very warm, so was a bit uncomfortable there
