Great communication, great location.

Sofa and rug in the property could do with updating. Toilet seat needs adjustment.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 washrooms. The building is located on a flat part of the city and is close to city centre. Very close to restaurants, cafes, grocery store (Aldi). Host was very responsive to any issues. There was an issue with the shower head and they had it repaired the same day.

Would have appreciated some additional amenities like kitchen basics (salt, pepper, oil), an extra garbage bag or two, more dishwasher pods. For awareness purposes there are unhoused people sleeping in the area but they did not interact with us.

It was very close to the metro (Blue line) and convenient to get to places.

The fact that lifts weren't functional through most of the stay. And we weren't certain of it working on the last day where we'd have had to carry big suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. Luckily that got fixed after a lot of follow up. There were leakage in the bathroom that didn't get addressed through out our stay. We were also amazed that basicl things were being skimped on. And required several follow ups. A couple of them were addressed and rest not. For our stay of a week there was absolutely no cleaning service provided at all. This is to highlight that this isn't a service they provide. After several requests we received a trash bag that we could change. Would prefer to have opted for a different place considering the rates that were charged.

Location and cleanliness

Great location and felt secure. Lots of space and good amount of utilities in the kitchen.

There is a washing machine in the property but it is not able to be used. This was a bit annoying. The blinds in the living room didn’t stop much heat coming in and the aircon couldn’t really compete with the heat of the sun.

Location was great near lots of good restaurants. On a quiet street near Avenida metro. Lots of appliances furnished. Two bathrooms were great convenience. Nice reception and thankfully we were able to check in early. We used the code to exit and enter as the lock to the building was broken. Enough TP for three nights. Good air conditioning and elevator

Very sparse supplies for washing up either in kitchen or baths. One elevator stopped working but fortunately there were two. One toilet dripped but flushed fine. A soap dish in the bathroom would be helpful. A few extra trash bags as well.

The check in process was actually too much information up front and the important details you needed about check in were buried in the several emails difficult to search through

The location, the apartment was central and very easy to find and there was an Aldi supermarket just around the corner and plenty of places to eat. Public transport, including the metro was close at hand. The apartment was spacious with a large living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every conceivable piece of equipment was included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment, on the 4th floor accessed by lift, was very quiet and the included WIFI worked well.

There was nothing to dislike except perhaps we were only provided with one key so we couldn't go out separately. We didn't actually meet the hosts, only spoke on the phone to a representative on arrival and on our departure we tried to contact them but there was no reply from either number. The instructions for the disposal of rubbish were impossible to carry out due to no access.

Very good location and at first glance, everything looked very good.

1.There were two toilets, but one didn't work. 2.The washing machine didn't work and we had to look for a laundromat. 3.An alarm went off in the hallway and we couldn’t sleep the whole night.And no one could help us.
