Located in the centre of town, nearest metro station is only about 200m-300m walk, on a decent street next to where high-end stores are located. Has Netflix, washing machine, clothes hanging rack. Responsive customer service team on Whatsapp.

The accommodation is not clearly marked with name or unit number. There is no clear photo of the accommodation provided to help me identify the building. No coffee machine. Only 1 day worth of shampoo (that works as shower gel too) is provided even though we stay for 3 nights. Toilet flush was faulty but they sent someone to repair on the same day.

Well positioned and quiet at night. All the facilities as described. The photos are a very fair representation of the property. Lots of places to eat nearby and if you like high end shopping the designer stores are very close. Metro station nearby . Gaining entrance was slightly complicated due to us arriving quite late. Basically you get a code which you input and you get into the building. Go to the apartment door ring them and they electronically let you in, the key(fob) is there for future occasions. The toilet in one of the bathrooms didn’t flush but they came very promptly and repaired it l

The property next door( multi storey) is undergoing major renovations. It can be very noisy but not before 8.0am . This didn’t particularly concern us as usually we were up and about.

A great location within easy walking distance of everything we had time to see during a short break. We found a great steak house 50 m up the road - Sexy Meat - exceptional - also a great supermarket at the top of the road 80m.

Not a real gripe, but the decor looked a little tired. I presume this gets done at the beginning of the season. However, there was everything we needed in the apartment. Showers were good

The apartment was very spacious and clean. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the toilets are big. The apartment was also well decorated and gave a cozy feeling. The heater worked well and the staff was attentive/friendly. The location was good, less than 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and less than 15-minute walk to the city center.

The reception to collect the keys was about 2 blocks down the road, with bags, this was quite inconvenient. The water heater did not work at first, but the staff sent maintenance ASAP to fix it. The shower leaked out of the master bathroom as you showered.

A friend arrived before me, and i was able to share the details with her. She had no problem in finding the place and getting everything.
