Arsenal 108, Design Apartments - NEW Light Downtown Chiado and River

The location was great, with easy access to transportation, major sites and good restaurants nearby. The apartments have been recently remodeled and have a full set of amenities, including an efficient washer with dryer -- and full instructions in a couple of languages so you can make it work. We were very happy with our 4 night stay. Be sure to sign up for WhatsApp, for the hosts like to communicate with that.

Pros: Great location Smooth check in and check out process, great host communication Good size apartment with all amenities as advertised Cons The only con which probably applies to all accommodations in the city centre is that street noise can be heard on some nights, though not a major problem for us.

Nothing. It really was perfect.

If you're willing to compromise your comfort and sleep then yes this is a great location close to many happenings, but there's no air in the apartment which requires opening windows to the noisiest street with two trams track that passes every few minutes, and loud yelling of drunken folks, the apartment needs major deep cleaning, cabinets hight is way above normal requires a dangerous step ladder to reach your coffee mugs, etc. For the price, you can do a lot better elsewhere.

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in on our trip Everything was well thought out and provided. Location is perfect and our host Carlota was very helpful. Would definitely recommend it for a nice stay in Lisbon

The localization was very good, few steps from many bars and restaurants and close to Rua Augusta, the place seemed to be very safe and it has a lift so we could get in with our heavy luggage.
