Party area, extremely loud all night long until 4 or 5 am. Not as clean as we expected.

Gostei de tudo. É um apartamento bem confortável e espaçoso, tem elevador e sala de bagagem, tem uma kichnette com tudo o que é necessário, desde placa de fogão, microondas, cafeteira elétrica, etc. Também possui uma televisão. Vale a pena.

Fiquei no 3° andar num apartamento voltado para duas ruas e o barulho não incomodou o meu sono. Tive pena não ter ficado no 1° ou 2° andar para ouvir melhor a azáfama da noite.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und alle Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet und erledigt. Auf unserer Nachfrage ist das Licht im Schlafzimmer sehr schnell repariert worden. Das Apartment ist sehr hell und sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, so dass man alles fußläufig erreichen kann.

Da die Fenster nicht optimal isoliert sind, ist es abends relativ laut von draußen.

No water heater, the AC doesn’t work, no heather, the bathtub didn’t work, 2 bedroom in a living room area, poor hygiene. It’s impossible to sleep at night because it’s in the middle of bars and parties so it’s hard to rest when you cannot even breathe properly with all the dust around. Even I have to stay there for free I won’t even consider it.

This apartment was nice and roomy and bright. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. The location was central to most tourist sites and easy to access public transportation.

I really wanted to like this place more but many things detracted from the stay. First, and something the management can't control, there is multiple bars near but one directly across the street and they set tables right below the window and drunk people make lots of noise late into the night/morning. Week nights till 2am, weekends till 4am. This really impacted my stay as I was exhausted all week from lack of sleep. If you can't sleep through this I'd reconsider. Next is there is no extra anything, cheap, cheap, cheap. 1 kitchen towel for the week, 1 garbage bag, no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, napkin. Nothing but pots, pans, cutlery. The coffee pot provided is the cheapest, worst, tiny coffeepot award winner for the year so if you like a coffee in the morning have fun with that thing. The refrigerator freezer combo is strange and unmarked the one that looks like a fridge is a freezer and the cabinet one is the fridge. The kitchen window is leaking and soaking the windowsill and making the whole apartment stink of musty mold. They do include a small hand and body soap in the bathroom. One of the reasons I chose this place was the bathtub, nice to soak after a long day climbing hills and stairs, the drain plug is too small and won't plug the drain. The towel warmer/dryer on the wall is not functional either. The bed is comfy but the pillows are horrible and cheap and are just slightly more significant than the ones they give you on the airplane. I had requested an early check in as I arrived early in the morning but management was unable to accommodate me, not a problem and understandable but when it came time to check in they had not sent the info even knowing I was waiting to check in after long travels. Basically left standing outside in the rain begging them to send the info after check in time😡.
