The biggest plus of this hostel is definitely the location. It’s in a really convenient area, with a metro station just about a two-minute walk away. There are also plenty of shops nearby, including a Tesco Express very close to the hostel, so buying food or small essentials is not a problem at all. Another positive point is that the hostel has a kitchen, which is useful if you want to prepare your own meals.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. First of all, the hostel is not the cleanest, which was noticeable during my stay. I stayed in a nine-bed female dorm with a private bathroom and was assigned the top bunk, the third level. This was honestly very uncomfortable. The bed is extremely high, you need to climb up quite a lot, and you can’t even sit upright without hitting your head on the ceiling. Since you’re given the sheets at reception and have to make the bed yourself, this was almost impossible to do on the top bunk. It might be manageable on the lower beds, but on the third level it was a nightmare. On top of that, the bunk beds were very unstable and noisy. Every time someone moved, the whole bunk moved as well. Even the smallest movement, like adjusting your leg, made a very loud noise, especially during the night. You could also feel movements from the bunk next to you, which made it hard to rest properly. Overall, if you’re planning to actually rest and sleep well, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s more suitable for someone staying just one night who only needs a place to sleep and doesn’t mind noise or discomfort.

Wohnung OG 1: - leider sehr laut ab 23Uhr, sehr oft fast täglich - Bett druchgelegen - Küche sehr mitgenommen Wohnung OG 2: - viel leiser - Küche ist ein Schlauch und ungemütlich, aber es gibt einen Essbereich im Wohnzimmer - weniger Licht - Duschkopf müsste gewechselt werden, aber der Vermieter bemühnt sich sehr auf alle Wünsche Rücksicht zu nehmen

Beim Kühlschrank war die Tür zum Eisfach defekt und wurde trotz Reklamation auch nicht gerichtet. Das ganze Eisfach war vereist! Die beigestellten Handtücher waren teilweise nicht sauber. Eine Gebühr von € 45 wird bei Sonnencreme- und Make-up-Flecken verlangt! Trotz "Superior" waren wir im 1. Stock ohne Stadtblick - anders als auf den Bildern angegeben. EXTREM LAUT bis 3 Uhr früh. Schlafen ist nur mit Kopfhörern mit Rauschunterdrückung möglich, die einfachen, die ich zunächst hatte, reichten nicht.

A localização para quem espera sossego, é impossível. No coração do Bairro Alto, numa das ruas mais frequentadas à noite há muito barulho entre as 22h e as 3h da manhã. De resto, nada a apontar.
