The Downtown Terrace - Fabulous Views, Sun Deck, Penthouse, 5th-floor no lift

Great location, clean & good amenities, beds were comfy. The stairs aren’t as bad as you may think - just take everything you need when you leave!

Deck on the balcony could do with being redone or repaired as a few boards were loose. Dirty towel found at the side of downstairs bed.

Everything…the terrace is incredible.the host needs more photos of the sky panorama it offers! .location location location..excellent! Fabulous apartment w an eye for sublime design. The linen bedding towels 5 star! Two things: 6 floor walk up no elevator..but worth it bewsre heavy luggage & famous street no cars allowed so taxi unable to leave at front door/ store downstairs staff very & helpful to tell you ..you are at the right place. Thank you oliver..top notch 5 star accommodations!

The location was amazing! The balcony was fantastic.

They did not have parking for us for the first night. There was nothing in the initial reservation letting us know we needed to reserve parking in advance. There was one message, but it was within a bigger message and I didn't see it. They could not get us parking for the first night and didn't help us with ideas of where to park or even when they might know. No one answered the phone. They didn't get us parking until the next day. It ruined a good part of two days for us. Parking is in the title. I would be more direct about the fact it needs to be booked in advance and ask people directly during the reservation and after. It was the only reason we booked this place because it was kind of expensive. The drain didn't drain well. My husband did have to bend over to fit through doorways, but we would overlook that for the location and view.

Location of the property is excellent. A lot of stairs to climb, but we knew that in advance. Great view from the balcony.

Hosts did not reply to messages, nor answer the phone. There was no information booklet in the property. Parking is in a public car park about 400 metres away and it is not so straightforward to use the parking card. A person entered the property, using the access code, at around 09:00 on the day of our departure (departure at 11:00).
