"the apartment is good, the сleanliness leaves much to be desired"

the location is excellent, the apartment is really at the heart of the historical center, it is really close to the shops and to the restaurants. The location is perfect I do recommend it.

the apartment looks ok but there is dust on the plinths, the сurtains looked untidy, there wasn't a piece of soap to clean hands, only some packs of shampoo

Location

I did laundry on my second day, but even after four days the clothes were still wet due to the high humidity in the apartment. I had to leave some items behind because they never dried. The overall environment feels very damp and sticky. Additionally, the shower drain does not work properly and the bathroom floods easily.
