La pulizia lasciava a desiderare Tovagliette da mettere sul tavolo sporche Occorrerebbe in oltre spugne e detersivo per dare la possibilità ai guest di poter pulire la casa.

The location was great. Also, the staff is really helpful. We had an issue with bathroom door but they fixed as soon as we reported the problem. The apartment is very well equipped.

It can be noticed that everything in the apartment has been used many times, the curtain in the bathroom, the curtains in the apartment and furniture are really worn. Not comfortable enough and also not clean enough. The bed in the living room is very uncomfortable.

La comunicación con los propietarios

La tubería de desagüe del lavabo no tiene sifón con lo cual el olor a cloaca era nauseabundo, por suerte al ser de tubo flexible le hice un apaño y cesó el olor .Recomiendo poner un sifón

La ubicación que tiene. Está muy bien situado, cerca del centro y estación rossio.

El sofá-cama deberían de cambiarlo. Da muy mala imagen cuando abres ese sofá y tiene un agujero. Deberían de limpiarlo tb un poco, tiene algunas manchas y los cojines de las sillas. Las cortinas del baño tb las deberían de cambiar. Es una pena pq el alojamiento está genial, pero esas cosas dan mala imagen. Las cajitas de las llaves deberían de ponerlas en otro sitio...nadie se imagina que están situadas allí.
