Spacious, clean, convenient

The door was very hard to unlock

Amazing host, location and equipment (we were able to cook and wash our clothes)

Lack of fresh air due to windows in only 2 rooms

Location was perfect.

The smell off damp is not nice. Apart from that the apartment is spacious and had everything we needed.

Location, bed, shower, facilities

the location is very good. it is close to the tramway and more easy to park with a car. the appartment is of good size for a family of 5 persons.

the flat is on the 1st floor and the bedrooms on the street are very noisy the flat is humid and when we arrived some bedsheets were still humid. only 1 mirror in the bathroom which is not convenient for a family of 5, missing sockets in the kitchen and not a single coffee capsule at arrival. Coffee machine is Barista gusto type.

The location of the apartmant is great (close to all historical points)! The Graca tram station and the famous tram 28 really close to the apartment. The WIFI in apartment is good. The lady on check in was really nice and provided also some great suggestions for what to do in Lisbon and suggested some day trips as well.

The apartmant is in an old building and it's really cold and mouldy, smelled musty and damp, and the walls and ceiling in the master bedroom are peeling off from moisture and leaking. There is a lot of noise on the road outside of the building, even worse on the weekends.

The location near the Graca tram station and garden, grocery and pastry shops was excellent. The beds were comfortable. Nice large dining table for eating or playing games.

The kitchen was not equipped for cooking, only one small pan, no oil or salt/pepper as is custom in my experience. The apartment is dark and dank,smelled musty and damp, and the walls and ceiling in the master bedroom are peeling off from moisture and leaking. There are leaks in the sunroom so the floor was covered in water and we couldn’t use it. One of the keys didn’t work.

The house is very well located, and it has a lot of space so It's a good option to go with friends. Internet works well and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare breakfast (coffee machines, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine). The house also has some heaters.

The apartment and the whole building is very humid and slightly cold. It's not as lighty as It seems in the pictures, only two bedrooms have windows to the exterior. The house is not clean, we had to clean the fridge because it had a bit of mold and the smell was very bad. We also found a cockroach in the living room. Finally, the check in was not that easy. When we asked about the parking, the person who answered wrote literally "it's paid" when she meant that we would have to pay It. They charge 40€ if you arrive later than 10pm.
