Central Apartment with Terrace by LovelyStay

Nice property and quiet at night - what I really prefer. 3 rooms, nice dining area options. Recommendable for families. There was a nearby store where you could buy your basic needs. Special mention to Marta who went to meet us and hand over the keys - very responsive on my questions and nice to recommend places to see, restaurants to try etc. Obrigada!

I wish they have more comfortable blankets and pillow cases.

Good position for visiting Lisbon centre, near to a few decent restaurants, tram stop and food shops. Very cleans, spacious and very comfortable beds. Everting you need in the apartment

The small toilet, not many mirrors only small ones in the bathrooms.

Clean, decent size, good kitchen, good location, okay value for money. Excellent communication regarding meeting at the property and collecting keys

Very hot and humid in the apartment, used the washing machine and clothes didn't dry for 2 days even with dehumidifier. 2 fans provided for a 3 bedroom apartment, asked for an additional fan but told support staff dont work weekends! Water pressure in shower was very poor and shower head was cracked and leaky Road was extremely noisy, the road is echoey so loud vehicles are amplified and extremely loud.

Great location, tucked slightly away from the busy road, but still very close to all amenities, 2 min walk to tram 28, several lovely shops and cafes around. Flat was clean, large, sleeps comfortably 5 people.

The coffee mashine was broken

There were 5 people in our party staying for 3 nights and space was sufficient. The apartment has 3 beds (three singles, one double) and was on the ground floor, only a short flight of stairs in the hallway, so it was easy to move luggage. Some of us had back problems but found the beds to be very firm and comfortable. The facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were modern and clean. Basics such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets , towels, free wifi were provided. Hosts were great, allowed us to leave our suitcases in the office when we arrived prior to check in. They answered our queries promptly. Location was nearby to trams and busses without having to climb a steep hill.

There was a lot of noise from the road outside at night such as cars going by or pedestrians as the apartment was on a ground floor of a narrow street. The hosts informed on our arrival us that their handyman is gong to enter the apartment during our stay to carry out some repairs - this was unfortunate and preferably should be done when the apartment is not occupied by guests (such as between check out and check in times).

Noisy at night. I would suggest free area maps for those visiting the location for the first time . Water bottles and tea available.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable for a group. Nice furnishing and finishes.

bit of a walk from the metro, but taxis are cheap in Lisbon so no major issue, location on a slope which occasionally cars outside were revving to go up the slope, no full length mirror
