An apartment near to the airport, clean, comfortable with a kind host Marcos.

Kind host, nice, fully-equiped apartment close to the yellow subway. We had everything we needed, Marco let us check out in the afternoon, which we really appreciated.

Noise of airplanes, but we could hear it everywhere in Lisbon so it's not a minus of the apartment

Very good location - 25 minutes to the city centre by the undergound, shops, bakeries and restaurants in the walking distance. Friendly and helpful owner, who really cares about the guests' comfort and convenience. Clean and well-equipped apartment.

Guests write here about the planes' noise - yes, you can hear them, sometimes more intensively, sometimes less. For us, it was not very disturbing and never interfered with our sleep.

Flat is nice and tidy. Couch is very comfy for sleeping. Marcos, the owner, was very nice and polite. Neighbourhood is very nice, big supermarket very close to the flat as well as Metro station. Also, big beautiful park just few minutes walk from the flat.

Sleeping room is very small with a small bed (140×200) and has no windows. Washing machine was dirty with mold so we couldn't use it but Marcos said they are changing it soon. Everything else was great.

Everything!!! The host Marcos was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the loft. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in a good neighborhood. All details are thought through, which makes you feel like home. Friendly host.

The apartment is very well located, 5 min from the nearest metro, 3 minutes from a supermarket and 7 minutes from a main park (Quinta das Conchas) where one can go for a walk and appreciate nature. One has access as well to a parking space, which is great in an area where parking outside is paid. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with everything one may need. The door for the bedroom closes completely and one can sleep easily in the dark, which is important in a country with a lot of sun as Portugal. In the kitchen there is a nice size fridge, and all things you may need to cook. Including a Nespresso machine that for us was a nice treat. The house has a warming system, which was good for January since it was a bit chilly in the apartment without it. The bathroom also comes with a hairdryer.

There was some construction work going on in another apartment in the building which sometimes started as early as 8 am. But was not very disturbing. One of the doormans was not very friendly. However, having a doorman indeed increases the security of the building. The apartment has internet, however, it's not a very strong one since it was not possible to be working on one computer and streaming in another.

It was the perfect place for a new couple to get reacquainted. The Metro was very convenient and only a block away, as was a decent grocery store. The location was great and it the apartment was well-appointed and perfect for us. We will come back if this location is available the next time we travel to Lisbon. Bed was very comfortable. Marcus was amazing at helping us find locations to eat and enjoy, as well as just being available to us when needed.

The only thing that was a bit challenging was there was a lot of construction noise coming from surrounding apartments during the day. It made it a bit difficult for me to work, but we overcame it all.
