We use public transport and the closest metro station was temporarily closed. Buses, tram and trains were overcrowded must of the time. The better to rent a car...

The apartment felt like a home which is what everyone wants when they go on holiday to stay in a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Also the supermarket pingo doce was right around the corner, that made everything so much easier. As well it was very close to the airport too.

One of the doormen was a bit rude and condescending when asking me to prove where I was staying. He didn’t believe me when I told him I’m staying at this apartment and even asked me to demonstrate me opening the main door with the key and even then he asked me where I got it from and I had to say it was the hosts who gave it to me.

The "Doorman" was unfriendly and not helpful.

Stayed end of January 2023. Location close to metro, airport, nice park, supermarket. Modern building. Elevator. Private parking place in underground parking under the building - good size and relatively easy to park. Size of the apartment just right, not tiny and not too large. View from the window on the garden between two buildings. In the evening one can hear landing planes, but the sound is not loud and it is not really bothersome and stops around 10pm (and starts again about 6am) - we are light sleepers but we could get good sleep at night. Bed is comfortable and large - quilt was nice and warm, bed linen was clean and nice to the touch. Towels were nice and clean (including large bath towels). Windows have blinds so apartment can be made totally dark for the night - we liked that. There is electrical heating in the apartment with automatic temperature regulation - was plenty for giving comfortable temperature during our stay (temperatures outside during the night were as low as 2-3 degrees Celsius). Hot water is fully automatic and there was never a problem with amount of hot water available. Kitchen equipped with all the important appliances: electric cooker, oven, electric kettle, coffe machine, microvawe, working dishwasher, working washing machine, large refrigerator. In the kitchen all the necessary tableware (including various sizes of plates, bowls, mugs etc.), several cutting knifes. In the kitchen there were some aspects making the use of the kitchen more efficient (things that wer not always available in other apartments we used): cutting board, kitchen towel near the sink, drying rack for tableware, kitchen scissors, kitchen counter lighting. Nice bright bulbs fitted in the electrical lamps - in the evening the apartment can be well lit. Check out procedure easy - just leave the keys on the table. Wifi ok. Good communication with the owner via WhatsUp. Owner attentive.

The hot water was really hot. It would be safer for guests if the temperature of the hot water could be decreased. A few hooks on the wall near the entrance door for hanging jackets etc. would be nice.

Marcos was a great host. He was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything about the apartment, the building and the neighborhood. The flat was very clean and equipped with all the kitchen supplies you need. Everything was in good working order.

Heater had a smell when we turned it on. Maybe some dust had collected in the machine.

Very quiet area, close to the shops and metro station. The flat very comfortable, spacious very good furnished.

The refrigerator need to be repaired, the frizzer door. only that.
