Great location and nice atmosphere

The location was centered at the heart of Lisbon. Quiet neighbourhood. Facilities in the house were up to date and overall ok

The bed was very springy, found it hard to sleep.pm for 7 nights. A few things were missing from the kitchen or need replacement like the absence of cutting board. The building door was a bit of an issue especially at since as it take several attempts before we could open it each day. There is no fan in the bathroom so it get very humid in there

l'appartement et mignon, propre et calme.

Le canapé-lit était très incomfortable, il y a un grand trou au centre. Il fait très chaud dans l'appart même lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres et le fan. Appartement plus adapté à 2 personnes et pas top pour 3 ou plus. Ce qui m'a le plus posé problème c'est l'inéfficacité des 'hôtes'.. apparemment c'est un business qui a racheté plein d'apparts et il n'y a pas le contact sympa avec une personne de contact, qui connait bien l'appart et le lieu.. chaque fois qu'il y a un problème (pour le payement, le check-in, un parking, la clé d'entrée qui ne fonctionne pas bien), il faut attendre qu'ils contactent 'le staff' et en gros j'ai du trouver les solutions moi-même ou attendre 1h devant la porte d'entrée le temps qu'ils envoient 'la vidéo' de comment ouvrir la porte...bref, c'était assez énervant et stressant.

Fantastic location near metro, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets.

There are lots of steps( no lift).
