The location is quite central in a local neighborhood. Nice team.

The space: the listing originally said 60m2 (they’ve updated it now but only on booking.com), but it’s actually more like 30m2 at most. The ceiling is pretty low. You can hear the neighbors, but they weren’t loud when I was there. The mattress was super uncomfortable—too soft and thin. Also, the door was really hard to lock. We had rented this apartment specially for the space, so it was disappointing.

The place is quite antique and I like the fact that it is spacious.

The wall is thin from all sides of the house. You can hear all the neighbors' conversations. The bed is the worst bed I ever slept on. Every time we woke up, it feels like we slept on a rock.

Close to bus stop, metro is about 8 mins away by walking, there is a kitchen and cooking ware. There is a closet for clothes. Enough towels for more than 1 person. There is a washing machine and refrigerator. Space is enough for 2 people. Magdalena was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival.

The location is a bit questionable with trash on the streets. The bathroom is really old and had some problems with the drain. The flat is not well insulated (but there are 2 heaters) and you can hear some noise from the neighbour. The bathroom was not well cleaned when I arrived because there was some hair stuck on the shower pipe/head.

Walks between next door houses thin, could hear the neighbours opening doors and snoring.
