Pearl of Belem

The apartment is very comfortable. Very recently updated, new kitchen, bath, good size bedrooms with two balconies, everything in working conditions. Great location in Belem.

The check in process was difficult. It was very difficult to obtain check-in instructions, I received them only 2h before arrival while I was already traveling without consistent internet access. Terrible experience. The host was very inflexible about the uploading of documents for ALL party members, even after my companions have cancelled the trip. I was very displeased about this and it wasn't my mistake.

The flat is tastefully decorated, the balconies, the light in the flat, the heating worked well. It seems to be brand new

I was with my elderly mother and the flat is on the third floor, so it proved very complicated. And I went on the wrong side to buy nibbles, it is run down. So make sure to go down the hill where it is lovely. There were some water leaking but all was put in place to fix it promptly. Just unfortunate!

Great apartment in calm district, many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Apartment completely equipped, you will find there everything you need. Check in is the shop 300 m away, in my opinion very convenient.

Apartment in located in old building, so you have to be prepared for narrow stairs without elevator - that the only disadvantage of this place.

location, clean recently renovated

first day of arrival could not contact the hostess via phone number provided, had no keys or key location, had to arrange alternate accommodations, very expensive and stressful, made contact with hostess next day via e-mail, was informed nobody answered my calls because individual with phone had the day off, and I had not paid the security deposit required, before key location information was provided, even though full rent payments had been done, had they answered the phone as they we’re supposed to, I would’ve paid the security deposit, not very professional.

The apartment is beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, it has aircon in every room but we didn’t need it because it has a very nice breeze when you open the windows. it has a balcony that is lovely to have a glass of wine at night. great bathroom with very comfortable shower, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. location is excellent next to all the interesting things to visit in Belem as well as great connection to central Lisbon. will definitely be back!!!
