L emplacement et le prix.

-Siphon douche bouché :conditions Tres inconfortables -Pas de lumière du tout dans la cuisine. -Jour de pluie : velux cuisine pas étanche Clim chaud froid : bruit épouvantable de l extracteur sur le mur a l extérieur de la première chambre. Des filtres a cigarettes partout sous les coussins du canapé.

La posizione è eccezionale, comoda a molti servizi e in pieno centro.

La struttura sarebbe molto carina se fosse più curata e meglio tenuta. Tavoli traballanti, cucina non vivibile, come le stanze da letto, per colpa dei muri spioventi che tolgono spazio e ti fanno sbattere la testa. Il bagno andrebbe rifatto..

The location was awesome with metro very close.

You need to have WhatsApp to commuicate. Difficult for those not using this app. I was lucky to have my colleague with me.

La ubicación

Techo inclinado hace los espacios incómodos y hay q estar agachando la cabeza. El baño tiene abandono de mantenimiento, mancha negra en ducha y cerámica, mucho zancudos y manchas de zancudos (sangre) en techo y paredes, pasillo del edificio feo.
