FLH Chiado Terrace Flat

Perfect location, great view and terrace. Cozy and nice.

Could have a bottle opener and small stuff like that.

It was a clean set up with plenty spaces to use. We really enjoyed the rooftop area to relax. The location is excellent with lots of food areas and walking distance to everything.

The slanted roof is not ideal for tall people, you had to duck down to use the washing machine. There were some mosquitos in the flat as well. The elevator broke for a a couple of days too which wasn’t ideal, but out of their control.

Great location, property felt safe with good working lift. Lovely to hear evening buskers on the streets below playing music while sitting on the roof.

Twin bedroom too hot. Needs a fan to move the cool air from A/C units in other rooms.. Shower head needs replacing.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super

Es waren viele Ameisen und teilweise Schimmel in der Unterkunft. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen und unbequem.

The location was excellent. Lots of food and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There was a washer.

There was mold outside the shower. The air-conditioner in the living room leaked profusely, so we had to put a salad bowl underneath it to catch the drips. There was mold on the wood floor under the air conditioner, so the living room smelled. The living room furniture was worn and ripped. The air conditioner in the primary bedroom made a loud clanging noise. The second bedroom had an unsettling buzzing sound.

There was so much I did not like, I can't think of anything I liked.

Poor job of communicating, place was still being cleaned when we got there...this was after being advised that if we did not show up on time, we would be considered a "no show." Air conditioner dripped to the point that water soaked 2 bath sheets and floor was too slippery to walk on. When I advised the staff, she said maintenance would show up the next day. They never did. For all of this, plus keys not on the lock box at the appointed time...we were reimbursed 14 euros...an insult!

The location is superb. Everything (grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, sightseeing) is in a walkable distance from the apartment. Apartment have a terrace which is amazing as well.

The equipment of the apartment is older, which corresponds to the price. The mattress on the double bed was very worn and very uncomfortable. So if you are careful about the quality of your sleep, beware.
