Sin duda lo mejor de todo es la excelente ubicación!! El apartamento es muy completo y bonito y Luís es un gran anfitrión, muy atento en todo momento y servicial.

Por poner algo, el hecho de ser un cuarto sin ascensor, pero eso es algo que ya sabes y asumes cuando lo reservas.

Apartmán je přímo v centru, ve staré zástavbě. Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný, pokud jsme něco potřebovaly, velmi rychle reagoval a problém vyřešil.

Ve vedlejší nemovitosti bohužel probíhá rekonstrukce a práce jsou hlučné, budily nás velmi brzo ráno.

Untidy, lack of storage in rooms, broken sofa bed and lack of kitchen items

The condition of the house is terrible: mold in the bathrooms, peeling plaster, broken lamps, dust, very few kitchen utensils, and the impression that there are items left behind by previous guests. The place really needs maintenance and much better cleaning. Not to mention the bad smell coming up the stairwell from the restaurant kitchen downstairs. Such a shame, because the apartment itself wouldn’t be bad at all, and the location is excellent!

Good location and communication to find apartment, with many recommendations of restaurants, supermarket etc.

Sub standard apartment in desperate need of TLC and repair. When shower is running the plumbing sounds like a pneumatic drill. All of the following issues reported to owner, who was not aware:- Washing machine drum did not move, so unable to wash and rinse clothes. Owner response we will have to get someone to fix it. This did not occur during our stay. In bedroom no sliding door on bathroom, however fixings on wall, appears to be stored behind sofa and mould on ceiling. No privacy. No response. Lid of kettle cracked and piece missing causing a serious safety issue of being burnt by boiling water. Owner would replace quickly, reported on Tuesday replacement arrived 24 hours later in carrier bag left by front door. Broken dining room chair. Owner response will replace after we checkout. Large build up of mould on tiles in both bathrooms, owners response it’s a visual issue and will be programmed to change. After looking through previous feedback it appears this issue has been ongoing for sometime and build up looks like over a long period of time, this bathroom has no ventilation.

Ottima posizione se si vuole vivere la zona di piazza Rossio, a 2 minuti dalla metro. L'unica cosa da sapere è che si trova al quarto piano e non c'è ascensore.
