Location was great. Communication with host was informative and regular.

Der Boden war an vielen Stellen defekt, man konnte nicht barfuß laufen ohne Angst haben zu müssen sich zu verletzen. Lampen hingen lose, deutliche Brandspuren(Kabelbrand). Schimmel in Dusche und Bad. Es gab nicht mal für die möglichen Max. 6 Personen genügend Besteck oder Geschirr. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Auf Hinweise darauf hat der Vermieter nicht mehr geantwortet. Auf die Frage wo man den Müll entsorgt, kam nur eine Antwort: „Es wäre 30 Sekunden weit entfernt der. Tatsächlich sind es circa 4 Minuten und man läuft einmal durch die Straße zum öffentlichen Müllbehälter am nächsten größeren Platz.“ Die Lage ist zwar unschlagbar, zentral, aber natürlich auch sehr laut. Leider befanden sich während unseres Aufenthaltes im Nachbargebäude eine Baustelle, die bereits morgens um 6:00 Uhr mit den Arbeiten begannen.

I would like to bring to your attention several issues we have encountered during our stay at the property. The sofa is broken and not usable. There is a leaking shower near the bedroom. The shower near the drawing room is clogged and drains very slowly. There is no ventilation or exhaust system in the bathroom. The bathroom door cannot be properly closed or locked. WiFi is not available, despite being expected. There is visible mould in the bathroom. Fungus is present on jug covers, which is unhygienic. Kitchen utensils are scratched and in poor condition. There are no towel rails in either bathroom. There are no hangers or provisions for drying clothes. An iron is provided, but there is no ironing board. There are no curtains in the property. Nails are protruding from the floor, posing a safety hazard. Towels provided are torn and unusable. The bathroom door cannot be securely shut. There is a persistent unpleasant smell due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

Que no hay ascensor y con la maleta es complicado.

Los apartamentos están un poco viejos y les haría falta algunos arreglos.

Appartamento è centralissimo comodo per muoversi in ogni punto della città. sufficientemente spazioso per 5 persone e con 2 bagni. Luis, che gestisce l'appartamento, risponde abbastanza velocemente ad eventuali richieste.

Andrebbe aggiornata tutta la parte di tappezzeria, quali cuscini e divano perchè datati e con odore non gradevole. Il bagno interno alla stanza purtroppo non ha nessun areatore e quindi ci sono evidenti tracce di muffa nella doccia e sul soffitto, oltre a mancare di una porta. la macchinetta del caffe non era utilizzabile perchè posizionata sopra al mobile della cucina. Basterebbe un po di manutenzione ordinaria per sistemarlo un pò.
