Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. Minden séta távra ,vagy villamossal elérhető.Ágyak kényelmesek voltak.

Szobák állapota nem tetszett.Beázások, penészes fürdőszoba ,érkezéskor dohos szag volt. Sajnos a környéken felújítások vannak ami hangos.

Appartamento spazioso con grandi potenzialità, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, locali ben distribuiti, in pieno centro ma silenzioso di notte, vicino ai maggiori punti di interesse

Migliorare la pulizia e la manutenzione, la struttura non è ben curata, con bagagli pesanti o per chi ha difficoltà non c'è l'ascensore

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια

Όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα κ οι πετσέτες χρειάζονται ανανέωση. Επίσης οι καρέκλες και ο καναπές χρειάζονται καθάρισμα. Γενικά όλο το σπίτι αν και είναι άνετο χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση . Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν κακή αλλά τα έπιπλα χρειάζονται ανανέωση. Η κεντρική είσοδος του κτηρίου ήταν χαλασμένη κ δεν έκλεινε . Ο υπεύθυνος της διαχείρισης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Ανταποκρίθηκε σε ότι κι αν του ζητήθηκε.

LA UBICACIÓN CERCA DE LA PLAZA DEL COMERCIO

TENÍA OLOR A HUMEDAD, ESTÁ EN UN CUARTO PISO SIN ASCENSOR Y ERAN 3 PERSONAS DE 80 AÑOS CON MALETAS, LE FALTA MANTENIMIENTO A LOS MUEBLES. NO SIRVE LA TELEVISIÓN.

Evin konumu çok iyi. Mutfakta kullanabileceğiniz her türlü eşya mevcut. Temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı yoktu. Ev sahibi çözüm odaklı. Yeni bir saç kurutma makinesi talebimizi en uygun zamanda yerine getirdi

Evdeki mobilyalar biraz eski. 4. Kattaki odada kaldığımızdan asansör olmaması bizi biraz zorladı..
