The location and layout of the apartment was great.

The place could have done with a more thorough clean before the next let, and the kitchenware and utensils need some updates/replacements.

Zona comoda per spostarsi, vicino alla metrò e alla fermata del tram. La casa era ben accessoriata e luminosa, letti comodi. A nostra richiesta di intervento per scarico doccia otturato, sono intervenuti tempestivamente.

Le tende del bagno era sporchissime, il perimetro del piatto della doccia pieno di muffa, l’armadio della camera dei 2 letti singoli non era utilizzabile in quanto dentro c’erano 2 termosifoni elettrici ed infine nella descrizione è indicato il bidet che in realtà non c’è!

Bello l'appartamento, ben attrezzato, pulito e comodo per spostarsi con i mezzi o a piedi.

Si sente parecchio rumore soprattutto in una delle due camere che si affaccia sulla strada, e uno dei vicini tiene il volume della tv altissimo. Da tenere presente poi che l'edificio non ha l'ascensore e l'appartamento è al terzo piano.

El apartamento es espacioso y bastante moderno en comparación con su fachada. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor y el suelo temblaba al andar.

Location is perfect. In the city center but the street was silent and quiet. The supermarket was so close to us. Perfect bed with perfect pillows. Everything was really nice !

It was really difficult to find a parking for our car So if you rent a car, it may take some time to find a place near our apartment… But if you come just to see Lisbon without car rental this place is really perfect for you

Location was very short walk from city center. Quite cozy and calm neighborhood. Kichen was well equipped. Appartment was clean

Beds were too hard and squeaky. There was no mirror in small bedroom
