FLH Estrela Comfortable Flat

Beautiful spacious apartment, an excellent choice if you want something close to the city center for four people. A lot of daylight gets into the apartment, making it cozy.

There was no oil, salt, pepper or any other spices for cooking. No paper towels in the kitchen as well, which would have been necessary. No dishwashing soap.

Simple but well done, and in nice location

The pickup of keys 20minutes away from property and storage for luggages on extra charge 🥶 Not ideal for short term stay really

VERY SPACIOUS AND ROOMY

Comfortable flat with beautiful design. Located near the beautiful park in the city center. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Check in was not so easy. You should pick up the keys at the office and then go to the flat. Check in was late - 15.00, but still flat was not ready on time, we had to wait about 30 min.

the location and cleanliness.

there is a lack of home as the name suggested. the staffs are rude and not helpful. there were almost nothing beside a tablet of dishwashing, 2 small bin bags, and 4 packages of soap for 4 people and 5 nights of stays. we tried to ask for more and the staff simply told us to go buy them ourselves. there is no service at all - would not stay again or recommend this company to anyone.

Quiet nice neighborhood and 9 mins walk to Rato metro station.
