Quiet Graça 2-BR near the Iconic Tram 28 by NestAtLisbon

We were met at the door and shown all the details of the apartment. There was a lift for the luggage.

Purely personal choice, but for me the bed could have had a topper on, as was quite hard.

The hosts was so kind, providing great suggestions for restaurants and groceries. The apartment was small but perfectly and thoughtfully appointed—we had everything we needed and were so comfortable.

A few evenings the neighbors were super loud, but that’s not unexpected in an apartment building.

We liked everything. The hosts were exceptional, providing a long list of recommendations, making contact early on and throughout our stay, helping with bookings, providing a free clean mid-week, meeting us on arrival. The apartment was very well designed and furnished with all the needs of guests considered. Good bathroom and shower. Great location with many frequent transport choices nearby. Overall a fabulous place to stay

The only downside is that the second room doesn’t have a window. However the air conditioning worked well

The owners were very informative and kind.

Stairs were a bit of challenging with heavy suitcases.

A great apartment- clean, modern, well thought out, with all guest’s needs well considered. The perfect Lisbon apartment for 2 adults or even 2 adults & one child.

Way too small for 3 adults! Although there were enough beds, there is no room for suitcases (in the second room) when the trundle bed is pulled out. We ended up having to store all of our gear in the main bedroom. The living area is tiny - the pictures are deceiving. We think we should have been advised against booking for 3 adults. We really felt we were living in top of each other.

Great location and lovely and quiet. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive.

The beds squeaked every time you mived!

The location is excellent and the hosts provide a lot of detailed information related to the flat and Lisbon. The bathroom is quite spacious and functions well although it’s an old building. The apartment has cute decoration and quite a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and the hosts are friendly and professional.

It’s an old building without proper sound insulation between the flat and the corridors and between floors. As proper acoustic insulation between floors is missing, steps from the apartment above are a bit disturbing, especially at night time. Also, as it’s an old building it gets cold in the winter and the apartment was cold when we arrived (in December). The heaters work but it took several hours before the temperature felt comfortable. There is limited light and no view from the windows in the living area that is facing the walls of the inner courtyard. The bed of the main bedroom was a bit small and squeaky.

Oscar prize for the communication. Very cozy Apartment. Verde wine was as a gift given. It was very good. Highly recommended. Our luggage could we left at the office on the last day.

Next door neighbor was drunk and shouted. When I book the property, I truly fall into the trap because it didn’t say the number of bathrooms,Only said private bathroom , I try to understand this word and get the conclusion privacy bathroom means each room has one. They hide the information in the long description so since I book so many properties on the trip is easy to miss it.
