Quiet Graça 2-BR near the Iconic Tram 28 by NestAtLisbon

Pedro and Henrique are excellent hosts. They are incredibly organized and have done a wonderful job renovating this property. They were in communication during our stay with suggestions and offers of assistance. Really above and beyond. The flat is comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. The bed was so comfortable and having the 2nd bedroom for storing items was a great addition. The neighborhood was quaint with lots of atmosphere and close to restaurants and buses/taxies. Also, there were air conditioners in each room. This was so lovely in the rather hot weather.

Hard to find anything to not like. The building and neighborhood were safe and near bus/Metro, a small Mercado on the corner for water and fresh fruit and a great feel of Lisbon.

Clean, comfortable stay! Quite roomy and well equipped. Great bathroom and shower... best we had in Portugal! Quieter area feels very safe, and still has lots to explore, with convenient places to eat and shop. Great communications... host provided detailed directions and instructions, offered dining recommendations, and regularly checked in with us. They even provided a little welcome gift for us! Thanks for a wonderful accommodation on our trip!

Area is quite hilly, but that's part of the charm of Lisbon and Graça! Lobby is dark when entering at night, so it helps to have a flashlight or cellphone, but this is quite common in Portugal and is a VERY minor inconvenience!

The location is near the 28 tram. I thought the hosts were top notch.

Very well situated in Lisbon. Easy to get to all the main places. Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and safe. Henrique and Pedro provided an excellent service. They kept in touch right up to our arrival and answered any questions we had whilst in Lisbon immediately. They provided really clear directions and instructions on how to get to and into the property. Their email with photos of each stage was brilliant especially since we were arriving close to midnight. Having a photo of the front door helped us and our taxi driver to locate the property. They provided a fantastic email detailing all the local restaurants and even divided them into types, fish, vegetarian etc They were the perfect hosts and we felt cared for. Thanks both. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the apartment; it was close to a taxi stand. The hosts were great, very responsive, helpful with area tips, etc. We felt safe in the apartment and the area. They arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and take us back and the driver was very nice, thoughtful and provided us with bottled water to and from the airport.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment was sweet; nicely decorated and comfortable. It was clean. The two brothers who run it are very nice and helpful- even kindly left a welcome gift!! They came to greet us and made it feel like we had a friend in Lisbon.

Several narrow flights of stairs which they warn you about. Only really challenging with big bags.
