Amazing Terrace and Riverview in Historical Lisbon

Było trochę gorąco w pokojach, ale w każdym jest klimatyzacja. Na ulicy trochę głośno, ale przy zamkniętych drzwiach nic nie było słychać.

Sehr laut in der nacht, weil in einer strasse voller restaurants. trotz schallschutzfenster. Riverview nur von einem zimmer.

Location was great for restaurants and bars. Immediately on the street below the apartment is a fantastic pizza restaurant and a few nice bars.

Unfortunately, the apartment is located directly above a wine bar, which when we were there opened at 18:00 and was noisy with people and loud music each night until 23:00, when the music was turned off. The windows on the two rooms directly above the bar are double glazed, but still some noise does find its way through the wooden floors. If there are any in your party who are noise sensitive, this is something to be aware of.

Location and the Terrace

There was a slight mold odor outside the house and another one the stairs to get into the building. Not really the property

Nice outside area (although different from the one shown on the pictures).

Aircon in main section was not sufficient to cool entire area - although 37°C was unusual.

The location is wonderful, with great food and drink options on the same street. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean and really cute, with a wonderful big terrace to sit outside, plenty of bathrooms, a modern and well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of a self contained unit across the terrace which consists of the second double bedroom with en-suite. The weather was hot during our stay but the apartment was always lovely and cool. Manuel was a great host who provided lots of tips for our trip. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nothing

The apartment is located in a very lively and beautiful street, the location is great for a trip with friends or family. The best part for us was the terrace, it is ideal to have breakfast or lunch and the bougainville provides a nice shadow. The owner is really nice and approachable, overall a really nice place. Rooms are as shown in the pictures and the kitchen equipment is very complete, we didn't miss any appliances or utensils.

The street is lively at night so the rooms that face outwards may be a bit noisy for early sleepers. Nevertheless, they are restaurants (not bars or clubs) so they close around 12, it was not a big deal for us at all. One of the beds is located in a separate small hut across the terrace (which was also a bonus point since it makes the place feel very spacious), and it can get pretty hot. Nevertheless it has air conditioning so also not a big problem at all, just something to take into account.
