Nice clean apartment. Well located.

My experience with these apartments was ruined by being double-charged. After paying online through Booking, the same amount was charged again by the company managing the apartment. Unfortunately, this makes me question the security of the payment information we enter on Booking.com P.S. on Google there were a few negative reviews regarding apartment. So check before booking

Do silêncio e das comunidades e espaço

Falta um pouco de privacidade na zona da cozinha, umas cortinas e também no quarto para poder abrir as janelas e ter luz mas ter alguma privacidade. A zona da sala é muito escura talvez ter uma segunda luz.

Gostamos da localização e a casa está bem equipada para passar uns dias confortávelmente. Temos supermercados perto, cafés , restaurantes... E da para conhecer a cidade a pé comodamente.

Ligging

Slot voordeur functioneert niet bij aankomst. Hulp/servicenummer organisatie was niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Appartement 24u zonder stroom. Geen excuses gekregen. Mis een beetje medeleven. Commercieel gedreven organisatie. Niet fijn.

Nice location. Easy to access center and Belém via transport or on foot. Local area and shops are nice. Apartment is light, bright and airy. Bed was comfortable and had shutters as well as washing machine. Nicely set out and minimalist decoration. There were a few bits that could be improved but I would stay again for the location, convenience and basic comfort:

Apartment needs a freshen up, it’s all white so every mark shows. Bed linen was dirty on arrival. Apartment door was a real pain. Outside door was code which worked well but inside door was an automatic latch that is opened by an app or code. This way no need to be met with keys or a code lock. The apartment door was off center where the lock had been fitted so does not unlock properly. We had problems everytime we needed to get in. I had to pull back on the bottom of the door but push the top out for the catch to release and it makes a terrible noise. Great technology but it doesn’t work that well. Bathroom was sparse with a shower curtain which is a bit outdated, could do with glass door. Tiles and bath silicon are all dirty so makes it look worse than it is. Shower works well but has one non adjustable hook on wall which sprays the water at the wall and put the curtain. Kitchen was missing a few items, has a washing machine and dishwasher but nothing to use with them. A single use dose as a gesture would be nice. No bottle opener and a few other little bits.

Dzívoklis bija ļoti netìrs. Grīdas netīras, grīdlīstes putekļainas, visas durvis netìras, matrači ļoti netìri un pleķaini. Viss putekļains. Nav aizkaru, apgaismojums ļoti vājš. Komunikācija ļoti vāja. Zvanījām, jo netikām iekšā, bet netikām iekšā.
