FLH Baixa Elegant Apartment

Perfect location and great communication with the owner.

Only suggestion is to have luggage racks to be able to open your suitcase in the bedroom more easily.

The apartment is wonderfully located only a few minutes walk from the centre of Lisbon. Getting into the apartment was very easy, no messing about having to locate a central checking in office. The only criticism I might have is that the mats in the lounge area are bit of a trip hazard. Finding the cutlery draw is a bit of a task . All in all a very nice apartment which I would definitely stay in again as we visit Lisbon regularly.

Luckily part of the FLH hotels, which was nearby and very helpful to find lockbox and answer some questions when issues arrived.

The apartment had several flaws. The FLH people for apartments were difficult to work with and apartment had only a few severing dishes but no utensils or cookware. The Master Circuit would go out if ran hairdryers and AC/Heat units, luckily we knew how to reset. There were no instructions to use anything so we either had to looked up online for instruction manuals or guess.

Great location. Clean, spacious apartments, and quick communication with the hosts.

The room was a bit too cold (in January), and I couldn't turn on the heating. Everything else was great.

Location, size of the apartment.

No place to hang towels, not.much room for bathroom products. Not a negative, but we think that some art on the walls would really make this place pop.

It was on a great location

There weren’t much supplies like soaps, towels etc. no coffee, tea or anything else as a little welcome present.

The location was very convenient!

No hot water!!!!!’ Not enough proper sized mugs for coffee.

Lock box for luggage was far away - too far to walk after traveling all night on an aircraft from the USA Then description of lock box locality and description of which lock box were not clear - the lock box did not have any identifiers on it - forced to try to unlock 11 different lock boxes until the code sup[plied opened correct lock box.

Better place for luggage storage until able to enter apartment - all USA renters are arriving in the morning and must wait hours to get into the apartment - arrangements should be available to accomodate the luggage until able to enter the apartment. Better instructions given in advance on where the lock box was located - across the side street hanging from an iron bar and then the lock box should be properly identifiable.

Easy to find and check in. The rooms were a great size and decent facilities.

The towels were dirty. The boiler kept cutting off so we didn't have hot water in the shower.
