FLH Baixa Elegant Apartment

Location was excellent

Fully equipped kitchen but also a good cafe on the corner for morning coffee and croissant. Just a great location for walking or catching taxis or trams to other areas of Lisbon. Nice 2BR and 2 Bath. Loved the elevator since this was 4th Floor. Really felt like home after a few days.

The location was good. The apartment was large! It was a busy area but the windows kept out the noise. Liked that it had an elevator. The arranged transportation was worth the money and the reception people were very nice.

The apartment looked tired and the walls looked dirty. Needed painting and new furniture in the living room. The AC did not work very well. It was more like a fan than actual air conditioning. The building door was ridiculously hard to get into with the key. Felt a little unsafe at first as we met someone in the lobby who had been physically attacked by a man living on the 2nd floor the night before. He was covered in cuts and bruises. He claimed it was because he had troubles opening the door. Made us nervous.

No breakfast was served. The apartment was very roomy.

We arrived in Lisbon by train and had to take an UBER to the other side of the city to pick up the keys. We then had to take ANOTHER UBER to reach the apartment. VERY INCONVENIENT. As in other locations, there is a person to hand over the keys at the place of stay, or the keys could have been left in a lockbox. We stayed for 7 days and could NOT USE THE TV once. There were no instructions on how to use the TV. When we asked for instructions, the video that was sent via email, with instructions was not helpful at all. For the 7 days that we were there, nobody came to clean the apartment or change towels.

Spacious apartment, walking distance to public transport and great location

PICKING UP THE KEYS IS ICONVENIENT. The apartment was very nice, clean and in great location.

INCONVENIENT TO PICK UP THE KEYS. KEY PICKUP IS NOT NECESSARILY CLOSE TO THE APARTMENT. SHOULD PUT IN A DOOR KEY PAD.

Very near to the bus and tram and metro. Very near to every sight of the sity.

No towel hangers in the bathroom. No extra sheets and pillows. The towels were worn-out. Not very clean, i found the sunglasses from the previous visitor on the floor.

Very modern, spacious, clean & secure apartment. Very good location.

No cutlery provided ..... cannot understand why this self-catering apartment has every essential kitchen facility , but NO cutlery at all !!!
