Einziger Minuspunkt die spürbaren Vibrationen des Trams Nr 24.

Närheten till alla sevärdheter, butiker och restauranger. Fräsch lägenhet med högt i tak och vackra stuckaturer. Välutrustat. Sköna, stora sängar. Gammaldags charm.

Soffan var bara plastöverdragen. Det vill man inte sitta på. Förmodligen var sofftyget på tvätten.

Wir konnten trockenen Fußes in die Wohnung, da der Vorraum unter Wasser stand. Insgesamt eher unsauber und feucht. Die Betten viel zu hart und die Kommunikation unfreundlich und immer viel zu späte Antworten. Check in link hat nicht funktioniert. Die Lage war gut, jedoch am Platz durch den Verkehr viel zu laut, um ein Fenster zu öffnen.

The floors and ceilings were nice.

The bed was broken and we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. The apartment smelled like mildew. There was a a huge insect nest inside on the living room wall. The living room sofas were plastic. The staff refused to refund us when we left after one night due to the above problems and most notably the broken bed. The management someone to the apartment at 9 am to speak with me but unfortunately she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Portuguese and the outcome was that she told me her colleague lived in the unit and wanted to come in. I told her she had the wrong apartment but it turns out she was there to check the apartment. This was grounds for them to refuse our refund under claims that they’d never heard of a broken bed. If you check other reviews you will see that we aren’t the first to complain about it. They simply don’t care to fix it and would prefer to take your money. Be careful to read all the reviews, we unfortunately didn’t. The plastic sofas were also filthy with dirt. This area of Lisbon isn’t particularly nice, it’s all tourist shops and chain shops, nothing truly authentic.

The metro is making huge noise and vibration every 15min till 1am and from 5am. So there is a chance you cannot get a good sleep. And please get cover for the sofa, this plastic cover is ridiculous :)
