Very comfortable apartment and location was excellent. Only negative about the apartment that we were in was that it was directly over the metro and was quite noisy when they were passing. Supermarket around the corner was very convenient. Apartment had towels, extra bedding, kettle, hairdryer, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge etc. Clear instructions were given with regard to gaining access, all without having to worry about a key.

Great position, nice aparment right on the square. Good for a trip if you're not spending too many days in the city and you need a very good located place. Spacious nice apartment.

Great location! The flat is very nice, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. There are plenty of amenities available. Check-in was easy, and the staff was responsive. The heater was broken during my first night, and the flat was quite cold without it. However, as soon as I reported the issue, they promptly provided a portable heater. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

There is an annoying noise from the metro below the building every few minutes, as other reviews have mentioned. Occasionally, the flat shakes a bit too. I got used to it quickly, but it might bother noise-sensitive people. It even woke me up a few times. Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be fixed, so consider it more of a heads-up for sensitive individuals than a complaint.

Kitchen tools look "tired", for example the knives were not sharp, it would be good to have a knife sharpener in the kitchen.

Location location location - you have everything you need within few minutes walk, all the touristy locations, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. The flat is a wonderful altbau with so much charm.

A bit noisy - the old tram line passing right beneath the flat and it’s loud and shaky. But during the night it is relatively silent if you shut the windows

The location. Near to all attractions within walking distance...neat and tidy, kitchen well equipped.

The communication with one of the employees very frustrating. Got the idea that he didn't understand English at all.
