Gezellig en ruim appartement met uitzicht. Veel privacy en rustige omgeving.

Er was schimmel in de badkamer. Dat kan door de extreem natte winter zijn ontstaan maar moet wel aangepakt worden.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig (Metro, Tram(Nr.28) und Bus sind in der Nähe), aber auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist das Appartement traumhaft ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Essenstisch durch die Balkontür sind großartig. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe (bei Lidl gibt es wirksames Anti-Kakerlaken-Spray "contra baratas").

Casa ben arredata,con gusto e attenzione. Vista panoramica sulla città

La casa era molto fredda al nostro arrivo. Si è scaldata al secondo giorno di sera. In dotazione due piccoli termosifoni elettrici non accesi e comunque inadeguati. Andavano accesi con giorni di anticipo Mancavano docciashampo e bustine di thè e caffè e zucchero per chi arriva e sta pochi giorni anche perché il supermercato non è vicino.

Облаштованість на кухні і дуже тепла ковдра! А також в принципі буде комфортне ліжко

Нажаль було прохолодно в квартирі і не було можливості його трошки оточити хочаб обігрівачем. Не знайшли віник і совок щоб підмести за собою.

Lovely apartment with nice decor and kitchen appliances

Soo many steps to get to the apartment as at top of hill ! But views and balcony were nice
